Welcome to Quakers Hill Tennis School. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for enrolling in and participating in activities provided by Quakers Hill Tennis School. By enrolling in our tennis programs, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Enrolment and Participation:

  1. Participants must accurately provide all required information during the enrolment process.

  2. Enrolment in a tennis program is subject to availability and approval by Quakers Hill Tennis School.

Fees and Payments:

  1. All program fees must be paid in full by the specified due date to secure a spot.

  2. Fees are non-refundable.

  3. Quakers Hill Tennis School reserves the right to adjust program fees, but any such changes will be communicated in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation by Client:

  1. Group lesson cancellations will result in a fee equivalent to the full lesson cost. This is because the lesson still runs in the student's absence and QHTS still has expenses including court booking fees and coach wages.

  2. Private lesson cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will result in a fee equivalent to the full lesson cost to cover incurred expenses.

  3. Private lesson clients are entitled to two free cancellations (due to holidays, illness or injury) per term with at least 24 hours' notice, after which subsequent cancellations made with even at least 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equivalent to the full lesson cost to cover incurred expenses.

2. Cancellation by QHTS:

  1. In the event that QHTS needs to cancel lessons due to weather, the announcement bar of the QHTS website (https://www.quakershilltennisschool.com.au/) will be updated.

  2. In the event that QHTS needs to cancel lessons due to public holidays, clients will be notified in advance.

  3. In the rare event that QHTS needs to cancel a lesson due to coach unavailability, clients will be notified as soon as possible.

  4. Lessons cancelled by QHTS due to weather, public holidays and coach unavailability will be credited.

3. No Show Policy:

  1. If a client fails to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice ("no-show"), they will be charged the full lesson fee to cover incurred expenses.

  2. Exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of QHTS management.

4. Communication:

  1. Clients are encouraged to communicate any scheduling conflicts or changes as soon as they arise.

  2. Changes in scheduling should be communicated directly to QHTS administration via phone or email.

5. Refunds:

  1. If requested, refunds for cancelled lessons due to weather, public holidays and coach unavailability are processed at the end of the current term

6. Policy Review:

  1. This cancellation policy is subject to review and may be updated by QHTS management as necessary.

  2. Clients will be notified of an changes to the cancellation policy in advance.

By enrolling in our programs, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.

Code of Conduct:

  1. Participants must adhere to the rules, codes of conduct, and guidelines set by Quakers Hill Tennis School during all activities.

  2. Inappropriate behaviour, including harassment and misconduct, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program.

Health and Safety:

  1. Participants should be in good health and free from any medical conditions that could be aggravated by physical activity.

  2. Quakers Hill Tennis School is not responsible for any injuries sustained during participation.

  3. Participants are advised to have proper medical insurance coverage.

Media Release: By enrolling in our programs, you grant Quakers Hill Tennis School the right to use photographs, videos, or other media of participants for promotional purposes.

Modification of Terms: Quakers Hill Tennis School reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Participants are encouraged to review the terms periodically.

Supervision of Children: Quakers Hill Tennis School is not responsible for the supervision of children outside their program time.
